Study deferral service

​Service terms:

• Submitting your application does not guarantee approval, so you must continue training until your request is approved, knowing that acceptance or rejection is determined by the relevant college.
• The trainee must submit a deferral request before the start of the training semester.
• All services provided to the trainee will be suspended during the deferral period, except for their training record and identification, along with clarification of their semester status.
  
• Approval for the deferral of a scholarship trainee requires a written consent from the scholarship entity, and the deferral must be handled through the college.
• A new trainee may submit a deferral request once for a period of one semester with a valid excuse.
• A deferral request cannot be submitted if there is any other type of request already being processed in the same training semester.
• A deferral request cannot be submitted in the same training semester if another deferral request has already been accepted or rejected.
• The trainee is not allowed to submit a deferral request if they have a withdrawal record in the same training semester.
• A deferral request cannot be submitted if another request is already being processed unless the trainee cancels it.​
