Service Description

​​A service provided to trainees at technical colleges and institutes, allowing them  to add or modify the bank IBAN
The service is provided entirely electronically, allowing users to complete procedures online.
The service is accessible from all regions of the Kingdom, including reural areas.

Service Requirements

Service terms:
  • You must ensure the accuracy of the data before submitting the request.
  • The IBAN account number must be entered correctly, using uppercase letters and consisting of 24 characters.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee its approval or update your disbursement data.
  • The request will be automatically rejected if there are ongoing disbursement operations related to the trainee's account.
  • The best time to submit the request is after the current month's stipend has been deposited into your account and until the sixth day of the following month.
  • Acceptance or rejection of the request follows the policy of the relevant college/institute, and you may visit the college/institute to ensure data accuracy.
  • The trainee must be eligible for the stipend in order to submit the request.
  • If the request is approved, the transfer will be executed to the new account starting from the following month.
  • Changing the account number is the responsibility of the request submitter.

  • Access the link to the TVTC's portal at tvtc.gov.sa.
  • In the TVTC's portals section, select the Rayat portal.
  • Next to the electronic services section, click on 'View All.'
  • Under the 'Trainees' tab, select 'Self-Services for Trainees.
