Service Requirements

​Service terms:​
  • The mobile number will be updated and will be used for contacting you or sending the password in case you want to reset it.
  • When entering the new mobile number, please ensure the following:

The mobile number must start with "05"

The mobile number consist of 10 digits

The mobile number must not contain any letters

  • You must check with the trainee affairs department in your unit to ensure that the mobile number has been changed.

  • Access the link to the TVTC's portal at tvtc.gov.sa.​​
  • In the TVTC's portals section, select the Rayat portal.
  • Next to the electronic services section, click on 'View All.'
  • Under the 'Trainees' tab, select 'Self-Services for Trainees.​
