A service provided to administrators at technical collages and institutes, allowing the administrator to submit a transfer or visit request to other technical colleges, based on the conditions related to the executive regulations.

The service is provided entirely electronically, allowing users to complete procedures online.

The service is accessible from all regions of the Kingdom, including reural areas.

Trainees of the technical colleges and institutes (Youth, Women, People with disabilities).
