Service Requirements


A beneficiary who has an activated account on the contact us portal​

Service Steps

  • Go to Contact Us page at TVTC's website through the following link https://crm.tvtc.gov.sa/crm/index.php
  •  Click on "Sign in", or "sign up" if you do not have an account already.
  • Select the main category of the ticket to create a new ticket.
  • Select the region according to the competent entity.
  • Select the request type based on the category.
  •   Type in the request subject and details, and add attachments.
  •  Click on "Submit" to create the request. You will be provided a ticket number via your registered email.
  •   Once your request is processed, you will be notified via email.​
