TVTC aims to develop national human resources through training, contributing to meeting the labor market’s needs for a qualified workforce. To achieve this, TVTC undertakes the following tasks without limitation:
Preparing, reviewing, and developing general policies and plans for training in alignment with national development plans.
Qualifying and developing technical and vocational trainers.
Designing and implementing training programs.
Licensing private sector training, supervising it and determining its technical standards.
Establishing strategic partnerships with training institutions in both public and private sectors to manage and operate various training units.
Collaborating with public and private sectors in training to provide specialized technical and vocational human resources.
Providing technical assistance and administrative consultation in training to both public and private sectors.
Establishing technical and vocational training hubs.
Conducting research and studies in the field of training.
Producing and developing training methods and technologies.
Organizing and participating in conferences, seminars, and workshops both inside and outside the Kingdom, following the completion of the necessary regulatory procedures.
Joining memberships of regional and international organizations, bodies, and institutions related to training, following the completion of the necessary regulatory procedures.
Presenting views on regulations, bylaws, and decisions related to training, proposing necessary developments, and submitting or referring them to the relevant authorities through established regulatory channels.
