The conditions of non-disbursement of stipend:
-Withdrawn or postponed trainee does not deserve a stipend until the beginning of the next semester.
-the stipend stops when the trainee's cumulative GPA is less than 2,00 out of 5,00.
-Exceeding the allowed number of semesters (8 semesters).
