The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation confirmed the issuance of 52 new licenses to private training facilities last July, which allows them to practice training activities in several fields.
The official spokesman for the Corporation, Fahd Al-Otaibi, clarified that the private training sector receives great attention from the Corporation, represented by the General Administration of Private Training, through its supervisory teams following up on the specified requirements and standards to ensure the quality of services provided in training facilities.
The number of supervisory visits reached 20 visits last month, and the Corporation monitored 41 violations in institutes and training centers that were dealt with in accordance with the regulatory procedures.
The official spokesman indicated that the Corporation implements several procedures to measure the quality of the outputs of the programs provided in private training facilities, the most important of which is holding tests for trainees which reached 8,920 in the comprehensive and qualifying tests.
In order to organize the private training sector, the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training issued last July 40 certified trainer cards to provide training programs.
