The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) organized 311 employment forums and exhibitions in partnership with several entities during the first nine months of 2025. These efforts come as part of the Corporation’s initiatives to support job placement for graduates of technical colleges, industrial institutes, and secondary institutes of architecture and construction.
TVTC spokesperson Fahd Al-Otaibi explained that the Corporation implements a number of programs and activities that support job placement efforts for graduates, while continuously reviewing and improving them to ensure the achievement of their objectives — particularly contributing to the provision of job opportunities that align with the graduates’ specializations.
Among these efforts, TVTC implemented 528 programs focused on preparing graduates for the labor market, aiming to qualify male and female graduates and equip them with the necessary skills to join the workforce. Additionally, 95 memorandums of understanding (MoUs) were signed with various entities to help employ graduates, and 862 meetings were held with human resources managers from different business sectors.
Al-Otaibi also confirmed that the Corporation follows up on the post-employment phase by measuring the satisfaction of stakeholders through the analysis of dedicated surveys. During the same period, 1,574 surveys were analyzed to measure employer satisfaction and 16,051 surveys to measure graduate satisfaction. These data serve as an important feedback mechanism to help enhance and develop TVTC’s job placement plans and programs.
