The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation announced that 67 violations were monitored in private training facilities last December, and they were dealt with according to the applicable regulations.
The official spokesman for the Corporation, Fahd Al-Otaibi, clarified that the most prominent violations monitored during the past month included non-compliance with advertising regulations, in addition to tampering with registration justifications, records, documents or results of trainees. They also included non-compliance with the conditions for acceptance and registration in training programs, in addition to using the headquarters of the training facility or part of it for purposes other than those licensed by the corporation without the approval of the corporation.
He added that monitoring these violations occurred during field visits of the supervisory teams affiliated with the General Administration of Private Training at the Corporation, as part of their efforts to supervise, follow up and control the quality of training and the level of services provided to male and female trainees.
The official spokesman added that TVTC encourages the private sector to invest in private training by licensing establishments to practice training activities and facilitating their procedures, as the number of new training establishments licensed during the same period reached 38 training establishments, in addition to granting 47 certified trainer cards to individuals to enable them to provide licensed programs.
It is noteworthy that the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation implements tests for trainees in private institutes and training centers in order to evaluate the outputs of training programs, and the number of test takers in the comprehensive and qualifying tests last December reached 10,620 trainees.
