The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) confirmed that the number of professional certificates currently accredited through its electronic platform, the "Professional Certificates Portal," has reached 516 in technical and professional fields. These certificates contribute to developing the skills of national cadres to meet the current and future needs of the business sector in the Kingdom.
The Corporation's official spokesperson, Fahad Al-Otaibi, clarified that the Corporation has accredited professional certificates in (8) training fields, currently including 34 sub-specialties. These certificates are accredited by the Higher Certificates Committee at the Corporation, in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), and are operated by the Corporation's General Administration of E-Learning.
Al-Otaibi added that the Corporation encourages trainees to obtain professional certificates by accrediting their training courses with those certificates. This contributes to accelerating the training process, providing high-quality training programs, and developing the skill level of national human cadres in various fields in the Saudi market.
It's worth noting that the professional certificates cover a number of specializations in fields such as digital technology, artificial intelligence, electrical and mechanical maintenance, project and quality management, supporting health professions, tourism and hospitality, energy, logistics and transportation, digital governance, and cybersecurity.
