The trainees of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieved a new scientific achievement, where 10 talented trainees, whom preparation was supervised by TVTC, won 10 gold, silver, and bronze medals in the International Invention, Innovation and Technology Exhibition (ITEX 2023) in Malaysia from 07 to 14 May 2023 with participation of 33 countries.
Where three trainees of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieved gold medals, and they are: Asa'ad Sultan Al-Rifi in the industrial designing field, Ammar Haroun Mansour in the automation and operation field, and Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Bakri in the multimedia for information and telecommunications technology field. In addition, five trainees achieved silver medals, and they are: Rami Ghazi Al-Rashidi in the automation and operation field, Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Muzail in the industrial designing field, Amer Saeed Al-Johani in the automation and operation field, Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Ansari in the environment field, and Mohammed Yousef Al-Sarhan in the machinery and equipment technology field. Furthermore, two trainees achieved bronze medals, and they are: Ali Saad Al-Ghamdi in the automation and operation field, Bader Khalid Al-Mutairi in the smart technical telecommunications field.
It is worth to mention that TVTC held earlier a preparation program for nominated trainees to participate in ITEX 2023 in a number of tracks with projects were nominated throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the supervision of qualified trainers in this field. In this program, trainees' projects were presented to ensure they are ready and subject to the arbitration standards approved in this year's competition. Additionally, the program was held to provide participants with exhibition and presentation skills, and to work on the projects development to meet competition requirements of this year, which contribute to promote human building in accordance with objectives of Vision 2030.
The preparation program comes within the TVTC's keenness to support its innovators and talented trainees in global events, and to provide full sponsorship in its training facilities to accomplish the objectives of the wise leadership – may God protect them both – to build human to compete globally. These global competitions contribute in the development of the competition spirit between trainees, represent Saudi Arabia in international events, and raise the number of nation's awards achievement in technical and scientific fields.
