Tasks of Digital Transformation Directorate:

1.  Preparing the operational plan for the Digital Transformation Directorate and fully overseeing its implementation upon approval. 


2. Developing a unified digital governance framework that clarifies the responsibilities and authorities related to digital transformation processes.


3. Measuring the digital maturity of TVTC by analyzing data, applications, platforms, projects, initiatives, and digital infrastructure.


4. Analyzing gaps in business models and departmental services, then  proposing a list of required solutions by recommending a set of digital initiatives and projects, and ensuring their approval.


5.  Reviewing and evaluating all current plans related to digital transformation, including executive programs and other subsidiary plans, in  coordination with the relevant directorates.


6. Creating digital initiatives while ensuring their alignment with TVTC’s strategy and digital transformation plan, identifying the necessary support to accelerate goal achievement, along with monitoring the progress of initiative implementation and performance based on leading practices.


‎‏7.  Enhancing the digital and supporting skills of TVTC staff involved in the digital transformation process and its initiatives, in coordination with the relevant departments.


8. Reviewing and evaluating current national programs related to digital transformation, to determine their potential integration within the Unified Work System


9. Optimizing the use of TVTC’s digital assets and investments, as well as avoiding project duplication through coordination with the relevant directorates
