​​​​What is open data?

It is a certain amount of public information – machine-readable – freely available to the public without restrictions, where individuals or entities (private or public) may use or share it.


Technical and Vocational Training Corporation responsibility:

Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) provides open datasets regarding technical and vocational training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to all recipients and visitors to benefit and reuse the data. By providing open data, TVTC aims to raise awareness between recipients regarding the statistics, reports, studies and researches on technical and vocational training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This will contribute to enrich knowledge, enhance transparency, and encourage public participation. TVTC shares open data in different formats, which makes it processable and re-useable. The open datasets were published on the National Open Data Portal.


TVTC is not liable for any damage, loss or misuse caused to users by the use of the data published on the TVTC Portal.


The accountability of open data user:

The user of open data is accountable for what is produced in reusing open data from TVTC portal, where reusing this data must not result to any kind of errors or mistakes related to the content, source or date of the data. It is important to abide by the professional and legal conditions and conventions of using data, which regulate such practices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Terms of use:

The open data is available to use, and your access to and use of this data is subject to the following conditions as well as the requirements of all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

  • ​When using this data, it must not be distorted or distort its source.

  • When using this data, it must not be used to mislead others.

  • When using this data, it must not be used for political purposes, support illegal or criminal activity, discriminatory or racist comments, fuel conflicts, negatively affecting the culture or equity, instigating, or activities that go against our convictions and traditions or any illegal activity.

  • When using this data, it must be cited that TVTC is its source, to maintain TVTC ownership of the data, its credibility and the validity of its source. The source can be referred to by citing the link to the TVTC portal.

  • The user of open data can share the studies' results with TVTC through the General Directorate for research and studies at research@tvtc.gov.sa
