Technical Training and Saudi Electronic University Sign a Memorandum of Understanding to Implement Programs for Transferring Students and Bridging

The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Electronic University on Sunday, December 29, 2024. The Corporation was represented by the Deputy Governor for Support Services, Eng. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Hoshani, while the University was represented by the Deputy President for Shared Services, Dr. Alawi bin Muhammad Ba Mahdi.

The memorandum aims to integrate between the Corporation and the University by developing a mechanism for bridging and harmonizing for students and trainees of the technical colleges and the University in a number of specializations, in addition to developing the partnership between the two parties in several fields.

The areas of cooperation include developing a program for transfer, bridging and equivalence of courses for those wishing to register in technical colleges and vice versa, and benefiting from the academic, training and administrative expertise between the two parties, in addition to implementing specialized training courses and programs to develop the skills of members, and coordinating to provide opportunities for cooperative training and practical application for trainees and students according to available capabilities. Also, it aims to exchanging the results of scientific research and studies and coordinating in media aspects, occasions and events of common interest. This memorandum also allows the University to benefit from parts of the buildings, facilities and services affiliated with the Corporation in various cities and governorates of the Kingdom according to the capabilities available to it.
