The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation clarified that it monitored 101 violations in private training facilities last November, after supervisory teams conducted field visits to supervise, follow up and control the quality of training and the level of services provided to male and female trainees, and received a number of reports that were dealt with according to the established regulations.
The official spokesman for the Corporation, Fahd Al-Otaibi, clarified that the violations that were monitored vary; the most prominent of which are non-compliance with advertising controls, tampering with registration justifications, records, documents or results of trainees, in addition to non-compliance with the conditions for acceptance and registration in training programs, using the headquarters of the training facility or part of it for purposes other than those licensed by the corporation, and the presence of an unaccredited administrative or training body in the training facility.
Al-Otaibi stressed that the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation has provided several channels to enable beneficiaries to report any violations observed in private training facilities, the most prominent of which is the "Tadreebk" application available on app stores for smart devices. The official spokesman added that the number of new training facilities that were licensed to practice training activities in various fields during the same period amounted to 31 facilities, in addition to granting 85 certified trainer cards to enable individuals to provide licensed programs. The number of trainees who were tested in the comprehensive and qualifying tests implemented by the Corporation amounted to 8,403 trainees.
