The Technical and Vocational Training Corporatio​n is the government agency concerned with the technical and vocational training in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for males and females, according to the quantitative and qualitative demand of the labor market, since 1400 AH / 1980 AD. The Council of Ministers Resolution No. 268 dated 14/ 8/ 1428 AH was issued to reorganize it and define its tasks and objectives.​​

​The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation offers many training programs in its training units, including Technical Colleges and Secondary Institutes, as well as Strategic Partnership Institutes, International Technical Colleges, Private Training facilities, in addition to community support programs.


​We, at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), respect your privacy and care about   helping you to be aware of how TVTC uses your personal data, and your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom. We have prepared this notice to help you understand the nature of the personal data we collect from you, the purpose of its collection, how it is processed, stored, destroyed, the entities with whom your data will be shared, your rights, and how to exercise these rights.


What personal data do we collect, and how is it collected?


We collect your personal data directly from you through our electronic services to which you register, or when you communicate with us by email or social media. We may collect your personal data indirectly or through a third party who provides it to us.​

​The personal data we collect includes the following:​

Your personal data that you provide when you communicate with us through mail or social media, or when registering for the TVTC electronic services.
When you apply for admission to one of our training units, we collect your personal data: name, identity data, contact data, qualifications, city, region, and health and job data.
When you join as a trainee in TVTC training units, the following additional data will be collected: Bank data.
When you apply for employment, we collect your personal data: name, identity data, region, city, contact data, educational qualifications, experience, and professional certifications.
When you join TVTC as an employee, the following additional data is collected: family data, religion, address, passport / residence data, bank data, health data, and vital features such as fingerprint.
When you join as a trainee in the training programs provided by the Business and Community Service Center, the following data will be collected: name, identity data, contact data, educational level, region, city, and job data.
Regarding Private Training, the following data is collected:

 o When you join as a trainee in one of the licensed training programs at the private training centers and institutes, we collect the  following personal data indirectly (through the private training centers and institutes): name, identity data, contact data,                 qualifications.
o When registering a training facility, the facility owner's data (name, identity data, city, region, and contact data) and the authorized representative data (name, identity data, authorization number, gender, and contact data) are collected.
 o When applying for the certified trainer service, the following data is collected: name, identity data, personal photo, contact data, address, and data of your qualifications, training courses, and experience.
o When requesting approval of the training and administrative staff of the private training facility, the following data is collected: name, identity data, qualifications and experience, registration data in the social insurance system, and contact data.
Your personal data obtained through a third party, including but not limited to: the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and the National Information Center.
Your personal data that you provide to us when participating in surveys.
If you have a business contract or commitment with TVTC, your personal data will be collected in accordance with regulatory and administrative requirements.

What is the purpose of personal data collection, and how is it used? ​


We collect personal data in accordance with TVTC activity in order to be able to provide services to you.​
The main purposes for which we use your personal data are:

Organizational and administrative purposes.
To complete your requests and services.
Conducting analyses and statistics for decision makers.
Sending awareness messages or messages related to the services provided to you.
Fulfilling judicial or security requirements.
If you are a TVTC trainee, we also use your personal data to complete the admission process and follow up on your training career, and to provide employers with your data after graduation.

How do we share your personal data?​


Your personal data will only be available to TVTC authorized personnel who need to see it in order to provide the services. If this data is shared with other parties, it is for legitimate purposes based on a legal basis or a justified practical need aiming at achieving a public interest without harming the privacy of individuals. We, at TVTC, may share your data with the following parties:

Governmental entities that are related to the nature of TVTC activity, for the purposes of integration, for example, but not limited to: the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and the National Information Center.
Entities with which TVTC cooperates based on agreements or memoranda of understanding to exchange data for legitimate purposes including providing training, employment or other services.
Employment agencies (we share graduates' data with them for the purposes of employment coordination and providing job opportunities).
Other training providers or training beneficiaries (we share personal data with them for training purposes).

What is the legal basis for collecting and processing your personal data?​


According to the Personal Data Protection Law, the legal basis on which we rely for the collection and processing of this data is as follows:

TVTC is the government agency concerned with technical and vocational training in the Kingdom, and we need to use your data to provide services to you.
In compliance with the royal orders related to the exchange of data among government entities.
In implementation of a legal or regulatory obligation or a government request from a competent authority.
In fulfillment of a contractual commitment that requires processing your data.
Your consent to the collection and processing of your data.
To protect your vital interests or the vital interests of others.


How do we store your personal data?


Your personal data is stored, processed, retained and destroyed in a secure manner that prevents its loss, misuse or unauthorized access in accordance with the laws and policies applicable in TVTC, and this is done within the geographical borders of the Kingdom to ensure the preservation of the national digital sovereignty of this data.


What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data?​


​TVTC places the personal data protection of the beneficiaries of its services at the top of priorities. TVTC makes every effort to provide a high quality service to the beneficiaries, and you are entitled to the following:

Requesting access to your personal data: You have the right to view your personal data and obtain a copy of it in a clear format that matches the content of our records, and free of charge - as determined by the regulations - without prejudice to Article (9) of the Personal Data Protection Law.
You can submit a request to obtain a copy of your personal data, and it will be provided to you within 30 days via the email registered in your request, and if we need more time to process the request, we will notify you and specify the expected time to complete it.
Request to destroy your personal data: You have the right to request the destruction of your available personal data in TVTC, which is no longer needed, without prejudice to Article (18) of the Personal Data Protection Law. When you make this request, we have the right to evaluate it and determine the possibility of destroying your data without affecting our ability to provide services to you in the future or our ability to meet any legal requirements.
To exercise the right to access your personal data or the right to destroy your personal data, we hope that you submit your request through the e-mail: protect@tvtc.gov.sa, including your name, contact information, and request details. If you are applying on behalf of someone else, you must provide an authorization from that person with his/her signature.
Request to correct your personal data: You have the right to correct or amend your personal data as follows:

Trainee in TVTC training units
By logging in with your account to RAYAT portal, and then updating through the trainee services where you can update the data available for updating. However, changing the name requires visiting the training unit.
TVTC employeeBy logging in with your account to the employee portal, then adding          a new request, then requesting to update the data.
Graduate from a TVTC training unitBy logging in with your account to TEQANI portal, and then entering your CV to update your personal data (except for basic data that can only be updated from RAYAT), experience, and training courses.
Private Training

Facility Owner: by logging in with your account to private training services on the private training portal.

Facility Manager: by logging in with the facility account to the trainees' portal.

Trainee enrolled in one of the Business and Community Service Center programsThe trainee can enter the portal of the Business and Community Service Center with the username and password to modify his data. The registered person from outside TVTC has the right to view, correct, and update his/her personal data, except for the ID number.


Use of Cookies:​


Like most websites, TVTC website uses cookies. Cookies are small data files put on your computer or other devices (such as smartphones or tablets) when you browse the website. These cookies do not affect devices and are not used to collect data about the user name, address, or contact information. Cookies are essential to the effective operation of our websites. It is also used to collect statistics about the number of visitors and how they use our websites, which contributes to the improvement and development of the sites and services offered.
