Under the patronage of His Excellency the Governor of TVTC, Dr. Ahmed bin Fahad Al-Fahaid, a women leaderships forum in the training facilities entitled "Support and Empowerment" will be held Tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh.

Elite of experts and women leaderships in the training facilities will participate in the forum. They will discuss over the course of two days, through workshops and specialized discussions, the future directions of TVTC and the role of women leaderships in the training facilities. The attendees will also discuss the requirements of change to develop the technical colleges for females, and the effective communication and its impact on the leadership personality.

On this occasion, His Excellency the Governor, Dr. Ahmed bin Fahad Al-Fahaid, stated that TVTC, believing in the role of women leaderships in achieving sustainable national development, works regularly on holding meetings and forums that contribute to improving the quality of performance. This forum aims to raise leadership efficiency, optimize the investment in human capital, create a sustainable organizational framework for how to manage colleges efficiently and effectively, and ensure the stability and excellence of facilities. His Excellency emphasized that TVTC - and praise be to Allah - was able, with the support of our wise leaders, to expand the opening of technical colleges for females across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The number of technical colleges for females is currently reaching 40 colleges, three of which are digital, in Riyadh, Jeddah and Eastern Region. The number of majors of the females sector that serve the Saudi labor market has expanded, as the current number has reached 26.

It is worth mentioning that TVTC opened technical colleges for females in 1426 AH across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to accommodate secondary school graduates in a number of vocational and technical majors needed by the local labor market. TVTC females' facilities attract the attention of female secondary school graduates, therefore, the capacity increased this year in which 8800 trainees have admitted, bringing the number of female technical college trainees to more than 34,000 trainees. The women leaderships in TVTC receive a tremendous support and empowerment from His Excellency, as he believes in their important role in decision-making. The number of women leaderships in TVTC exceeded 180 leaders who shape the future and put strategies and development plans to advance the training process and achieve the goals of 2030 Vision, which sets women empowerment among its priorities.
