The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) has achieved water savings of 40,900 cubic meters per month in partnership with the National Center for Water Efficiency and Conservation (MAEE), affiliated with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
This water saving was achieved by regulating water tanker supply contracts for TVTC sites. Before this regulation, consumption was 72,753 cubic meters per month, and after regulating the supply contracts, savings reached 56%, with consumption decreasing to 31,853 cubic meters per month.
This achievement is a result of the efforts exerted by the TVTC in this regard, which enhances water efficiency. These efforts included collecting and analyzing consumption data for its sites, establishing standards for monitoring consumption, governing tanker supply contracts, and working on a plan to connect the TVTC sites to the National Water Company's network.
