The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) announced that it recorded 73 violations in private training establishments during the past February, and appropriate actions were taken in accordance with the applicable regulations.
TVTC spokesperson, Fahd Al-Otaibi, stated that the most notable violations observed last month included failure to comply with advertisement regulations, manipulation of registration documents, records, or trainees' results, absence from the licensed premises, and the presence of unapproved training staff.
He added that TVTC is committed to supporting and enhancing the sustainability of the private training sector in the Kingdom by providing various incentives and facilitations that contribute to its growth while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory frameworks. The corporation encourages private sector investment in private training by licensing establishments to operate and simplifying the licensing process. During the same period, 52 new training establishments were licensed, and 45 certified trainer cards were issued to individuals, enabling them to deliver accredited training programs.
Additionally, TVTC conducts assessments for trainees in private institutes and training centers to evaluate the outcomes of training programs. In February, a total of 10,425 trainees participated in the comprehensive and qualification exams.
