The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Authority of People with Disabilities at the Corporation's headquarters in Riyadh.
TVTC was represented by the Deputy Governor for Training, Dr. Adel bin Hamad Al-Zunaidi, while the ADP was represented by His Excellency the CEO, Dr. Hisham bin Mohammed Al-Haidari.
This memorandum aims to exchange support and technical and cognitive expertise in areas of common interest, in line with the specialization of both the Corporation and the Authority. The memorandum also aims to raise the level of technical and professional culture and enhance positive attitudes towards work in these fields, while introducing training programs dedicated to the target group.
The areas of cooperation between the two parties include studying specializations directed at students with disabilities in a manner consistent with future professions, in addition to developing the skills of trainees and developing their personalities to prepare them for the labor market within the available programs. The cooperation will also include the exchange of data and statistics to serve common goals, and the work will be documented and achievements highlighted through the approved communication channels between the two parties.
