TVTC achieved outstanding performance in energy conservation for 2025, attaining a 100% compliance rate on the performance scorecard issued by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) – "Kafa'a."
Dr. Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ahmad, Vice Governor for Support Services, stated that this achievement clearly reflects the Corporation's commitment to contributing to the implementation of government programs and initiatives aimed at improving performance and achieving their strategic objectives. He added that this accomplishment builds on previous successes and serves as a solid foundation for TVTC employees to continue enhancing performance quality in the coming years, God willing.
He further explained that TVTC's distinguished performance in energy conservation during 2025 included full compliance with energy efficiency requirements, the submission of electricity and fuel consumption data, the implementation of energy efficiency improvement plans, and the provision of awareness and training programs. Thanks to the efforts of the Energy Efficiency Team, along with all departments and training facilities, energy consumption was reduced to 310.08 megawatt-hours (MWh), compared to 341.72 MWh in the previous year, representing a reduction of approximately 9.3%.
It is worth noting that TVTC continues to maintain outstanding and effective performance in managing its assets and resources in accordance with the National Asset and Facilities Management Guide. The Corporation was also honored by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center for its commitment to improving energy efficiency and for achieving a 100% performance rating on the Energy Performance Scorecard for 2023 and 2024, respectively.
