Recruiting 50,000 young men, women in local, international companies in 45 institutes, academies of strategic partnerships

Yesterday evening, the activities of annual forum for facilities of National Center for Strategic Partnerships were concluded under the auspices of His Royal Highness, Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, Governor of Al-Ahsa, and in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of TVTC, Dr. Ahmed bin Fahd Al-Fuhaid. It lasted for two days as it was organized by the Colleges of Excellence Company and the National Center for Strategic Partnerships, as representatives of TVTC, which was held at the National Industrial Training Institute “NITI” in Al-Ahsa. The forum suggested a number of recommendations regarding the sustainability of strategic partnerships to achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030, through cooperation with various business sectors and Mega Projects. Most notably; the expansion and development of mechanisms for existing strategic partnership models, according to promising sectors, while preserving existing institutes and keeping up with media appearances on social media platforms. This comes in line with the digital media and its modern tools. 

A group of elite experts, specialists, and government officials participated in the forum to share information, experiences, latest developments, and best practices that contribute to the quality of training and operations. Nonetheless, the forum discussed a set of  topics through 8 discussion sessions and workshops, mostly: human capability development, models and mechanisms of supporting Human Resources Development Fund “HADAF”, mechanisms development for approving and accrediting training programs, according to the Saudi Standard Classification of Specializations, and the role of international and local accreditations in promoting comprehensive quality in strategic partnership facilities. Moreover, two workshops on: training quality, which includes; models, visits, and quality framework, and the other one on coordinating media and marketing efforts between relevant public and private facilities and sectors, to achieve a high level of media support and cooperation. 

It is noteworthy that the facilities of the National Center for Strategic Partnerships have achieved national achievements and records. In addition, they have obtained a number of local and international accreditations where 10,292 male and female trainees benefit from 45 institutes and academies nowadays. Moreover, 48,888 male and female trainees have graduated since the establishment of facilities in 25 cities and provinces that embrace strategic partnership facilities nationwide. Furthermore, More than 140 strategic partners, and 250 companies signed employment contracts for the graduates of strategic partnership facilities. These contracts concern the fields of, Oil Well Drilling, Green Energy Technology, Solar Energy Technology, Aircraft Command and Maintenance, Maritime Navigation, Ports Operations, Underground Mining, Aboveground Mining, and Cybersecurity.
