His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh, will patronize the inauguration ceremony of the Applied Technical College for Males and the Applied Technical College for Females in Riyadh at the Applied College for Males in Dirab next Sunday.
His Excellency the Governor of TVTC, Dr. Ahmed bin Fahad Al-Fahaid, appreciated the support and patronage of His Royal Highness, the Governor of Riyadh Region, and his continuous follow-up of the activities and programs of TVTC, in everything that would serve the sons and daughters of our benevolent country. His Excellency stressed that in line with the progress and development of TVTC's distinguished specializations and the expansion of its training facilities that it is witnessing in this prosperous era to keep pace with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. TVTC also seeks with all its capabilities to expand all over the country with specializations that serve the labor market and keep pace with the tremendous developments in the Kingdom's projects, as the number of technical training facilities is more than 1575 colleges, industrial institutes, strategic partnerships institutes and private sector training institutes.
There are three applied technical colleges for males and females in Riyadh and the applied college for males in Yanbu. All of which were designed according to the latest modern engineering standards and provided all the training facilities that trainees and trainers need to advance the training process, offering specific specializations needed by the Saudi labor market.
His Excellency stressed that the technical and vocational training sector is one of the most important sectors that received generous sponsorship and generous support from our wise government by adopting a new vision to build an integrated system in preparing trained and qualified national cadres to keep pace with the Kingdom’s present requirements and its promising future, God willing.
