The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) celebrated on Sunday the Saudi National Day at its headquarters in Riyadh. The event was attended by Deputy Governors, Directors General, leaders from training facilities, and staff members, with the participation of scout teams.
The celebration featured an oratory ceremony that began with the Royal Anthem, followed by a speech delivered by the Deputy Governor for Training Policies and Quality, Eng. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Hoshani. In his address, he extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the wise leadership on this cherished occasion. He highlighted the blessings of security and stability bestowed by God Almighty upon the country, as well as the abundant resources and bounties with which it has been endowed.
Al-Hoshani emphasized that celebrating the National Day is an opportunity to reflect on the journey of a nation built upon solid foundations, noting that its current achievements are the result of tireless effort and an ambitious vision.
He added that the targets achieved by the technical and vocational training system play a pivotal role in preparing national talent to continue this journey, and that the quality of training outcomes is a strategic goal requiring the concerted efforts of all.
He concluded his speech by thanking the Minister of Education — the Chairman of the TVTC Board of Directors — for the generous support and empowerment extended to the Corporation’s programs, initiatives, and projects.
The event also included visual, artistic, and literary presentations, as well as a speech delivered by trainees on the occasion. The event features an exhibition by training institutions in Riyadh, adorned with diverse elements of cultural heritage amidst an atmosphere enlivened by traditional chants and the rhythms of the Najdi Ardah dance.
