The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) announced that it recorded 427 violations in private training institutions during the first nine months of 2025. These violations were addressed in accordance with the regulations and procedures applicable in such cases.

TVTC’s official spokesperson, Fahd Al-Otaibi, explained that the most common violations included: failure of some training institutions to comply with training rules and regulations; employing unapproved training or administrative staff; breaching advertising conditions; tampering with registered data, documents, and results; failure to renew licenses within the legal timeframe; changes to approved training programs in terms of name, content, duration, or training hours; and using licensed premises for activities not covered by the permit.

Al-Otaibi emphasized that while the Corporation continues to monitor and ensure quality standards in private training institutions, it also encourages investment in private training, both for individuals and organizations. During the same period, 350 new licenses were issued to private training institutions that met all licensing requirements. Additionally, 468 certified trainer cards were granted, enabling qualified individuals to practice training within licensed private institutions.

It is worth noting that TVTC applies several measures to ensure the quality of training program outcomes. Among the most notable are comprehensive and qualification exams for trainees, with a total of 61,278 male and female trainees tested during the first nine months of the current year.
