Trainees from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in the Kingdom achieved a new global achievement, as (7) male and female trainees from technical colleges won gold, silver and bronze medals at the International Exhibition of Inventions, Innovations and Technology “MTE 2024”, which was held in Malaysia this February.
On this occasion, the Deputy Governor for Training, Dr. Adel Al-Zunaidi, extended his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and His Highness the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, for the generous and unlimited support that the technical and vocational training sector enjoys at all levels to qualify sons and daughters of Saudi Arabia in various technical and professional fields according to the needs of the labor market in the Kingdom.
Al-Zunaidi clarified that this national achievement reflects the quality of technical training and the keenness of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation to develop the capabilities and skills of the nation’s youth and enhance their spirit of talent and innovation, stressing that the Corporation will continue to support the talented and encourage them to develop their skills and contribute to achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
TVTC had held intensive qualification programs for male and female trainees nominated to participate in the International Exhibition of Inventions, Innovations and Technology in Malaysia “MTE 2024” in a number of technical tracks, under the supervision of a number of qualified trainers and experts in the technical fields. The trainees’ projects were reviewed, and their complete readiness and compliance were ensured for the judging criteria adopted in this year’s competition. This is to provide participants with presentation skills, and to work on developing projects to keep pace with the requirements of this year’s competition.
It is noteworthy that the International Exhibition of Inventions, Innovations and Technology “MTE 2024” is considered a global gathering of specialists and those interested in the field of science and technology industry, in addition to investors and businessmen in order to consider new job opportunities resulting from innovative projects.
