The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday with the King Abdulaziz Public Library. This strategic partnership aims to foster knowledge and cultural cooperation, as well as facilitate the exchange of expertise and learning resources, thereby serving the aspirations of both parties and enhancing the training environment.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Adel bin Hamad Al-Zunaidi, TVTC Deputy Governor for Training, and Dr. Bandar bin Abdullah Al-Mubarak, the Library Director General.
The MoU seeks to establish deep integration between the two parties by leveraging shared capabilities to develop libraries within training facilities and equip them with scientific and technical references. Additionally, the library will provide access to its digital resources and research databases to support the graduation projects and applied research of trainees.
The partnership encompasses organizing seminars, exhibitions, and cultural events to reinforce national identity, as well as opening avenues for field cooperation by providing cooperative training opportunities for TVTC trainees within the library and its branches. In return, the TVTC will offer specialized training and professional development programs for the library’s staff.
