The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation confirmed its contribution to providing 7,731 job opportunities for graduates of its programs last August.
The official spokesman for the Corporation, Fahd Al-Otaibi, confirmed that contributing to finding job opportunities that suit the specializations of male and female graduates is one of the most important goals that the Corporation is keen to achieve through the General Administration of Career Coordination and its affiliated offices in colleges and institutes, which in turn implement many programs and procedures to achieve this, including holding 71 meetings for human resources managers in the business sector, and implementing 104 programs to prepare graduates for the labor market, in addition to holding 25 employment forums and exhibitions during the past month.
Al-Otaibi also clarified that the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation is working to enhance partnership with the business sector in terms of employing graduates and meeting the sector’s need for qualified national competencies. The Corporation is also working to follow up and measure the satisfaction of both relevant parties, through studying and analyzing the relevant questionnaires. During the same month, 178 questionnaires were analyzed to measure employers’ satisfaction, and 1,880 questionnaires to measure graduates’ satisfaction.
