The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) has launched the new e-learning platform “Taqni” as one of the technological solutions representing a qualitative leap in supporting the training process across all technical colleges and institutes, starting from the beginning of the current training year.
The Corporation explained that the number of beneficiaries from the platform has reached 237,841 trainees, with the creation of 65,067 electronic courses, reflecting the scale of expansion and the great attention given to e-training within training institutions.
The activation of the “Taqni” platform comes as part of TVTC’s efforts to enhance digital transformation and utilize open-source software, in line with the actual needs of the training process. The platform is characterized by high flexibility and the ability to be customized to suit different user groups. It also provides an advanced tool for generating statistical and analytical reports to support decision-makers, integrates an AI-powered virtual assistant to facilitate interaction between trainers and trainees, and offers knowledge bases within the platform, in addition to enabling users to build additional pages that meet their diverse training needs.
