The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Drake & Scull International, Saudi Arabia, for rehabilitation and training (500) Saudis in the fields of refrigeration, air conditioning, construction electricity and plumbing from the beginning of second training semester of 1431-1432H.
In this regard, HE the Governor of Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, Dr. Ali Al-Ghafis stressed on the corporation’s keenness to build up strategic partnerships with the private sector to implement training programs to meet the need for trained national manpower according to the needs of the enterprises .
Al-Ghafis pointed out that the corporation is seeking to train and qualify national cadres with high level of quality to ensure having the required skills to meet with the needs of the labor market in the Kingdom.
For his part, the chairman of Drake & Scull International, Saudi Arabia, Mr. Ajlan Al-Ajlan said that this partnership is the starting point for exerting efforts and future steps through which the company is seeking to contribute in training of Saudi youth and providing them with the skills and capacities to ensure their success in holding the job positions needed by the company.
