With the aim of raising the level of quality of services provided by private training facilities, the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, represented by the General Administration of Private Training, launched the “Classification of Private Training Facilities” project in its first phase in a number of the Private Training branches around the Kingdom.
The project is one of the most prominent and ambitious projects pioneered by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, which comes as an extension of various projects and services provided by the Corporation to serve the private training sector in the Kingdom and its beneficiaries.
The project is concerned with classifying private training facilities according to the “classification criteria” model, which is based on six basic criteria, from which a number of comprehensive indicators are derived from. It is concerned with all aspects related to the work environment, human resources and the training process in the private training facility of all kinds, which will have a positive impact on the quality of services, spreading the spirit of competitiveness among establishments, and supporting them to continue developing their operations; in addition to preparing establishments to achieve their strategic objectives, gaining the trust of beneficiaries, optimizing the available resources, controlling the quality of outputs, preparing them for the labor market and others benefits.
It is noteworthy that the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, through the General Administration of Private Training, supervises more than (1,000) private training centers and institutes (men and women) by means of (23) Private Training branches in all regions of the Kingdom.
