The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation clarified that 63 new private training facilities were licensed in several regions during October in several fields.

TVTC official spokesman, Fahd Al-Otaibi, confirmed that while the Corporation is working to encourage the private sector to invest in the field of training and provide many services for it, it is working to control the quality of the training programs provided and ensure that the facilities apply the systems and regulations of private training.

Al-Otaibi added that during last October, the General Administration of Private Training at the Corporation recorded 70 violations in private training facilities, and they were dealt with according to regulations. The supervisory teams carried out 23 field visits as part of their efforts to supervise, follow up, control the quality of training, and follow up on the level of services provided to male and female trainees.

Al-Otaibi pointed out that the most prominent violations that were monitored were the training facility's failure to adhere to the controls for holding development courses, issuing certificates that violate any of the training regulations and instructions, violating a condition of advertisement, and the presence of non-accredited administrative or training staff members.

The official spokesman confirmed that during the same month, TVTC granted 43 accredited trainer cards to enable them to provide licensed training programs.
