TVTC explained that the number of trainees enrolled in international academies in technical colleges reached (151,326) male and female trainees during this year 2024.
The Deputy Governor of the Corporation for Training, Dr. Adel Al-Zunaidi, confirms that TVTC is working to qualify and develop the skills of national human cadres in technical and professional fields. That is achieved through partnerships with major training bodies and specialized international companies to provide training programs, support syllabuses, and operate academies for these bodies in technical colleges with the aim of raising the level and quality of training, providing trainees with the necessary skills according to the latest international practices, and motivating them to obtain professional certificates.
Al-Zunaidi adds that TVTC operates (5) global academies in technical colleges: Microsoft Global Academy, Cisco Global Academy, Oracle Global Academy, Huawei Global Academy, and SAP Global Academy. The total number of branches of accredited academies in colleges currently reaches (216) academies, in which training programs are provided by more than (1209) experienced and specialized male and female trainers.
It is worth mentioning that TVTC provides a competitive advantage for trainees by offering professional certifications. These certifications are granted to specialists in specific fields, ensuring their qualification to perform jobs or tasks professionally within a precise specialization accredited by a recognized authority or professional association. The number of accredited professional certifications amounts to 407 across 14 fields
