The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation launched the electronic certificates service via the “Manar" digital platform in a milestone step aimed at facilitating the issuance of certificates for trainees in private training institutes and centers.
The Assistant Deputy for Training and Quality Policies, Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Marwani, clarified that this procedure is one of the most prominent initiatives of the General Administration of Private Training at the Corporation, and provides an innovative technical solution that reduces administrative burdens and saves time and effort for trainees and training facilities alike.
Al-Marwani added that this service, which comes within the framework of enhancing digital transformation in TVTC, came after a development process that began during the Corona pandemic, as electronic certificates were launched for short courses that are less than a month long, then expanded to include qualifying courses that range in duration from a month to less than a year. Today, the service includes three main categories: diploma programs, qualifying programs, and associate diploma.
He explained that what distinguishes this initiative is the advanced technical integration between the “Manar" platform and the systems of the National Information Center and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, as the service has been linked to the “Tawakkalna" application, and certificates are displayed in the digital wallet, which allows trainees to access them easily and safely at any time, and enhances the authenticity of the service.
It is worth noting that the launch of electronic certificates by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in private training facilities, which exceed 1,300 facilities, reflects its commitment to developing and improving the trainees' experience, and facilitating their training course.
