The President of the technical and vocational training Council in Hail, Engineer Dahwi bin Abdalhadi Al-Shammari adopted the first phase of administrative and social communication project between the council’s units, prepared by the Public Relations and Media Unit in the Council.
The first phase of the project includes the board of administrative communication which is name board placed on the office of each employee in the units of the Council, displaying the employee name, his job and on the other side a phrase changed periodically and contain message the council wish to deliver it to the employee as a stimulus and self-development to him with positive attitudes.
The first phase also includes the contact messages, SMS sent to employees of the technical and vocational training Council and training units in Hail region, Technical College and Industrial and Vocational Institute in Hail and Industrial Institute in Baqaa province and these messages contain latest news of the council and its affiliates as well as festival congratulations, public events and some private events.
For his part, Al-Shammari praised the idea of the project and said that it has a vital role in a positive impact on staff as well as to communicate with them in an expeditious manner to brief them on developments in the Council and exchange of congratulation.
