Madina College of Tourism and Hospitality represented by Guidance and Counseling Unit hosted a training course entitled (change management) for Professor/ Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Menhbi, a trainer and specialist in human resources management.
The trainer focused on some topics that appear the factors of successful change and displayed experiments on the skills of change. At the end of the course, the dean of the college Dr. Abdullah Al-Tamam honored the trainer and appreciated his efforts in the implementation of such development programs.
The Director of Guidance and Counseling Unit, Nasser Al- Harbi pointed out that such courses develop the self and developmental capacities for the trainees in their training and practical careers.
