Under the patronage of His Excellency the Governor, Dr. Ahmed bin Fahd Al-Fuhaid Training field leaders meeting To review the readiness of training facilities for the new training year

​As part of the early preparations and continuous follow-up to the training field, His Excellency the Governor, Dr. Ahmed bin Fahd Al-Fuhaid, inaugurated today the virtual meeting with field leaders from deans and deans of technical colleges and directors of industrial secondary institutes to determine the readiness of the field and discuss the latest developments. The meeting began by offering sincere thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques His Highness the Crown Prince, may God preserve them, for the continuous support for technical and vocational training, and commended the efforts of the leaders in diligent follow-up and hard work for a safe return. He called for the necessity of starting actual training from the first day of training and the importance of the leaders’ follow-up to the training work and urging the members of the training body and trainees to abide by that while improving the training process and intensifying the follow-up and supervision of the application of quality standards And raising the level of operational efficiency in the training facility, and investment Dr. Rashid Al-Zahrani, Deputy Governor spoke about the organizational arrangements for the return of training in all training facilities and for all morning and evening programs, noting that the departments related to training had completed all their work and preparations for the training year, stressing the importance of completing training facilities All work at the beginning of the training semester, until the start of training from the first day. In this meeting, the deputy for training reviewed a number of topics related to the training process, including: the 14 new facilities that will be operated, including colleges for girls and others for boys, and an institute of architecture and construction, as well as the approved specializations to be added to the training facilities, amounting to 55 specializations that include all training programs for boys and girls. He pointed to the introduction of new specializations at the beginning of the training year for boys and girls' colleges, including e-commerce, logistics, design, interior decoration, mechatronics, cyber security, insurance, tourism guidance and event management... as well as benefiting from the reports of the Rayaat system in following up the progress of the training process, and emphasizing the continuous technical supervision from the heads of Departments and leaders of training facilities, giving priority to programs in admission to industrial institutes, architecture and construction, in addition to accepting diplomas, and completing admission work for prison institutes under the short program system. In conclusion, the deputy stressed the importance of strengthening communication with the trainees and responding quickly to their inquiries on the electronic accounts of the establishments, and the importance of raising the level of services provided to them in the various facilities of the training facility. The training need in electronic training patterns and the readiness to register in the Blackboard system. The meeting was also completed with a discussion of all preventive measures and the application of health protocols within the facilities and the mechanism for monitoring the data of the vaccinated electronically. 235 colleges and institutes, while the number of trainees is expected to exceed 220,000 after the stabilization of the admission process.
