The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation announced the graduation of 92,486 male and female graduates for the last training year 1445 AH, in technical colleges and secondary industrial, architecture and construction institutes in various regions of the Kingdom.

The Deputy Governor of the Corporation for Training, Dr. Adel Al-Zunaidi, confirmed that the colleges and institutes affiliated with the Corporation worked to prepare and qualify male and female graduates according to the needs of the labor market and provide them with the knowledge and skills that enable them to obtain job opportunities suitable for their specializations, in addition to providing field training opportunities before graduation through training opportunities for a full semester through the cooperative training course, or through the Rafid initiative, which allows the trainee to work as an employee in one of the entities simultaneously with his training period in the training facility and is thus exempted from cooperative training.

Al-Zunaidi pointed out that the Rafid initiative is one of the new  initiatives launched by the Corporation with the aim of improving the skills of trainees, both male and female, in line with modern global trends in focusing on skills and enhancing their acquisition in a realistic work environment, and maximizing the benefit of training by linking it to work at the same time; as practical training in the labor market and linking trainees directly to the market are among the most important pillars of the success of technical training programs.

It is worth noting that TVTC works to keep pace with the changes in the labor market by developing and providing training programs according to the needs of the market; with the aim of qualifying national cadres in various vital sectors and development projects in the Kingdom.
