The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) held 96 forums and employment fairs in various regions of the Kingdom during the first quarter of 2025. This is part of its ongoing efforts to empower graduates of technical colleges and institutes to enter the labor market, in partnership with the business sector in all regions of the Kingdom.
TVTC’s official spokesperson, Fahd Al-Otaibi, clarified that the Corporation is working to implement several specialized initiatives and programs to facilitate the entry of male and female graduates into the labor market. During the same period, 183 programs were implemented to prepare graduates for the labor market. The Corporation also held 272 meetings with human resources managers of recruiting parties, in addition to signing 15 memoranda of understanding to enhance graduate employment opportunities in technical and vocational fields.
Al-Otaibi stressed that the General Administration of Career Coordination at the Corporation periodically monitors and evaluates career coordination procedures with the aim of continuous development and improvement. It also works to measure the satisfaction of employers and graduates through accurate analytical questionnaires, as 234 questionnaires were analyzed to measure employer satisfaction, and 4,515 questionnaires to measure graduate satisfaction.
