The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) provides more than 600 training specializations through its affiliated technical colleges and institutes, aiming to keep pace with labor market developments and meet its needs by focusing on the technical and vocational skills required in key sectors.
TVTC spokesperson, Fahad Al-Otaibi, confirmed that TVTC continues to update and develop its training programs in partnership with the business sector. He emphasized TVTC’s commitment to ensuring that the specializations and programs offered are aligned with the changing demands of the Saudi labor market and contribute effectively to preparing a national workforce capable of competing in the market.
Al-Otaibi noted that in 2024, the number of technical training facilities across the Kingdom reached 314 institutions, offering 615 specializations to more than 335,000 male and female trainees. These trainees benefited from advanced training environments that rely on modern technologies and hands-on practice.
The specialized fields cover a variety of areas, including: Cybersecurity, Network Systems Administration, Computer Software, Network Support, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics, Occupational Safety and Health, E-Commerce, Event Management, and Tourism.
It is noteworthy that TVTC is currently implementing an initiative to develop training programs and specializations as part of a set of initiatives under the Human Capability Development Program.
