The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) organized 50 job fairs and employment forums for graduates of technical colleges and institutes across various regions of the Kingdom last January, in partnership with the business sector.
TVTC spokesperson, Fahd Al-Otaibi, stated that the corporation’s efforts in job placement coordination for graduates include implementing several key programs.
Among these is preparing and equipping graduates for the labor market, with 110 preparatory programs conducted during the same period. Additionally, 153 meetings were held with HR managers from hiring organizations, and four memorandums of understanding were signed to support this objective.
Al-Otaibi further emphasized that the corporation, represented by the General Directorate of Job Placement Coordination, continuously monitors and evaluates employment coordination procedures to ensure ongoing development and improvement. This includes tracking employment outcomes by assessing and measuring satisfaction among all concerned parties through surveys and analyses. In this regard, 128 surveys were analyzed to measure employer satisfaction, while 2,481 surveys were assessed to gauge graduate satisfaction.
