The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation contributed to providing 10,377 job opportunities for male and female graduates last September in partnership with the business sector.
The official spokesman for the Corporation, Fahd Al-Otaibi, confirmed that this number comes as a result of the combination of several efforts, all of which are aimed at providing jobs suitable for graduates' specializations. These efforts include signing 9 memoranda of understanding for this purpose, holding 147 meetings with human resources managers in the business sector, and holding 58 employment forums and exhibitions in various regions.
Al-Otaibi also clarified that preparing graduates for the labor market is one of the goals that the Corporation continuously seeks to achieve. Last month, 91 programs were implemented to prepare graduates for the labor market, including general courses such as creating a CV on the LinkedIn application, the art of surpassing personal interviews, in addition to soft skills and the art of communication, identifying professional tendencies and work ethics, and the basics of freelance work.
