TVTC's interest in promoting digital transformation is clear as it works in accordance with a comprehensive organizational governance to develop TVTC's digital transformation work, align it with its strategic objectives and achieve the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

In short, the digital transformation in training and education represents the learning and training environment that aims to employ emerging technologies and innovation in education and training in order to deliver information faster and more accurately to trainees and students. Therefore, TVTC aimed to enhance the appeal of training and spread the culture of technical and vocational training in the community with the aim of making it the first choice for current and potential trainees.

This progress comes within the framework of the TVTC's strategic directions and its relentless efforts in digital transformation, by defining strategic directions for developing business models, projects and the necessary digital initiatives to support all departments in TVTC according to a flexible methodology to predict future needs and ensure continuity in employing innovative digital solutions and tools to develop the training process and services provided by TVTC in all fields.

The Director of the Digital Transformation Department, Dr. Abdulmalik bin Abdulrahman Al-Hammad clarified that in order to achieve TVTC's digital goals, TVTC has made a great progress in national and international indicators.

With regards to the national measurement of the government digital transformation, TVTC rose from 72% to 83% in 2022. The results of this indicator are reflected in enhancing the digital performance of TVTC, raising the quality of digital services, and improving the beneficiary's experience.

In early 2023, TVTC also achieved 90% of the requirements of the United Nations E-Government Development Index (EGDI) under the supervision of the Digital Government Authority, as the results of this indicator are reflected in the content of the TVTC's official website, in order to facilitate access and improve the user experience, in addition to providing open data access and community participation in consulting, development and innovation.

Dr. Al-Hammad emphasized that the TVTC's digital transformation journey continues with digital output through initiatives, projects and creative models, which aim to raise the quality of digital training, improve its outputs, and actively contribute to achieving the Kingdom's promising aspirations.
