As part of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) efforts in providing job opportunities that commensurate with the specializations of its graduates, TVTC has launch a number of initiatives that achieve distinguished opportunities for graduates to enter the labor market. One of these initiatives is his Excellency the Governor's initiative, "A job opportunity for every graduate", and to achieve its objectives, job placement offices were established in each training facility. These offices works to implement the cooperation and partnership programs with the business sectors, in order to facilitate the entry of the colleges and institutes graduates into the labor market, as well as to contribute to the localization of the technical and vocational sectors in all regions.
Moreover, TVTC has held a number of career fairs, in addition to signing (88) memorandums of understanding with various sectors in 2022, which created more than (100,150) job opportunities.
Furthermore, TVTC has implemented (422) preparatory programs for graduates to enter into the labor market. It also has held (422) workshops with Human Resources (HR) directors to increase the quality of TVTC's outputs, and has distributed (1209) questionnaires to measure the percentage of business owners’ satisfaction.
