The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation confirmed that it contributed to providing 114,783 job opportunities for male and female graduates of colleges and institutes programs during the year 2023 AD.
The Corporation’s official spokesman, Fahd Al-Otaibi, clarified that the Corporation’s General Administration for Career Coordination is working to implement several programs and projects with the aim of facilitating the enrollment of graduates of technical training programs in the labor market. Career coordination offices have been activated in various colleges and institutes to achieve this through partnership with the business sector to meet its needs for national human cadre specialized in technical and vocational fields.
TVTC's official spokesman added that during the past year, 148 memoranda of understanding were signed with several government and private agencies with the aim of employing graduates. The Corporation also held 659 programs to prepare graduates to enter the labor market; in addition to holding direct meetings with human resources officials in employment agencies, as the number of meetings reached 1,252.
It is worth noting that the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation is constantly working to develop the quality of its program outputs to keep pace with the needs of the labor market, as it analyzes the data of feedback questionnaires from graduate employment agencies, and deals with them effectively to achieve the aspirations of its partners in the labor market. The number of questionnaires regarding the level of satisfaction of business owners during the past year has reached 2,043 questionnaires.
