Visit request for the trainee initiated by the college

Service terms:​

• ​​Submitting your application does not guarantee approval, so you must continue training until your request is approved, knowing that acceptance or rejection is determined by the relevant college.
• The trainee must submit a visiting semester request to any college equivalent to their original college before the semester begins, and this may only be done once. The college council may allow an additional exception. 
• Approval of the trainee's original college and the college they are visiting.
• The college, which the trainee is visiting, must provide them with the training courses that can be registered according to the training plan, and no courses may be added or removed without the approval of the trainee's original training unit. 
• Approval from the trainee's original college is required if the visiting trainee wishes to withdraw or defer from the visiting training semester. 
• All courses and their results are recorded in the trainee's record and are included in their cumulative GPA. 
• A new trainee cannot be a visiting trainee
• The trainee must submit a visit request before the start of the training semester.
• There should be no withdrawal record in the semester for which the visit is requested.
• There must be no another requests being processed.
• Submitting a visit request is not permitted if there is a record of transfer, visit, or deferral for an upcoming semester.
• The list of available colleges includes those that have the same major as the trainee.
