The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation has won an award marked for the “best national initiative award” in the kingdom.
The SISCO award was handed over to the Deputy Governor for Support Services Dr. Fahd Al-Tuwaijiri at SISCO conference specified for the TVTC held on last Tuesday.
The conference was attended by the Directors of Branch Centers at councils and Training Institutions. The ward was handed over to Dr. Fahd Al-Tuwaijiri by Dr. Tariq Enayah. It should be noted that a number of senior personalities attended the event among them were Omer Sha’aban the international director of SISCO in a ceremony at the Four Seasons Hotel.
Al-Ahsa College of Technology and Al-Madina Al Munauwwara College of Technology were also honored as the best Colleges of Technology in the Kingdom.
Trainer Fahd Al Otaibi won the prize of best trainer.
This award is the result of great efforts exerted by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation in qualifying and encouraging Saudi youths to take up technical and vocational specializations.
It shall be noted that four years the TVTC had earlier signed a partnership agreement with SISCO for Networks to train Saudi youths. Since then about 36 training academies were established in various parts of the Kingdom.
