The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation has today Sunday, inaugurated a workshop for the Heads of Vocational Safety Departments at the Technical and Vocational training Councils at Makkah. The workshop which was launched by the Chairman of vocational and training council, Makkah Region Dr. Mohammed Al-Zahrani is hosted by Jeddah First Vocational Industrial Institute and was honored by the General Director of Vocational Safety at the TVTC and many other directors and specialists in vocational safety.
Al-Zahrani stressed the importance of the workshop which is linked to the trainer who is the most important element of the training process and clearly reflects the upgrading of the health and vocational safety services and providing a good training environment.
The Director of vocational safety at the TVTC Engineer Ibrahim Al-Khulaifi said that the workshop was aimed at increasing the awareness on the requirements of vocational safety in accordance with International standards and raising the level of performance awareness in vocational safety and discussing means for developing safety strategies and protection of working environment in a way commensurate with the social and economic development of the Kingdom by providing a safe and healthy training environment.
The workshop also encourages dialogue between work parties about issues regarding security and vocational safety and the protection of working environment.
The workshop also discusses other issues regarding increasing awareness and exchange of expertise and many other important issues.
