The Technical & Vocational Training Corporation has inaugurated the 4th Technically Talented Persons Forum and the 4th Supervisors of the Talented Centers Forum. The Forums are supervised by the Directorate General of trainee services of the TVTC and hosted by Makkah Technical and Vocational Training Council at the premises of Taif Industrial and Vocational Institute.

According to sources, there are 25 Supervisors and 45 talented Trainees participating in the forums.

The Deputy Chairman of the Council Eng. Ahmed bin Jalalah said that the forum aims at developing the spirit of initiation and achievement in trainees and giving them an opportunity to know and develop their capabilities and aptitudes, develop their talents and capabilities in technology and enriching project management, enhance the concept of initiation and cooperation among themselves, and get the opportunity to know each other and exchange expertise among themselves.

It is also an opportunity for participants to live the appropriate atmosphere and environment to unlock their innovative potentials and energies and develop the skills of group thinking for problem solving.

The Supervisor of Trainee Service Department at the Council Saad bin Hasin Al-Ghamdi said that the Forum includes varied training courses and events and programs which are aimed at spreading the culture of talent and innovation.

It shall be noted that the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation is striving hard to create a great change in the level of the talented trainees and Supervisors’ thinking to add scientific cognition. The objectives of which had been designed to be a guide for employees with regard to the selection of lecturers and identification of workshops on the one hand and on the other hand, to realize the aspirations of the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in developing technology in the Kingdom.
